per hour
Pay only after a verified driver accepts the trip. Ad hoc and recurring bookings are billed per trip occurrence, with cancellation and refund rules shown clearly before payment.
What customers can expect
Ad hoc trips
Book from 1 hour up to 72 hours as a round trip, a standard drop off, or our unique drop off your car without you service where a nominated receiver completes handover at the destination.
Recurring trips
Choose daily or selected weekdays and pay each occurrence separately as the trip comes due.
Refund timing
Cancel at least 1 hour before trip start for a full refund. Payment is collected no later than 2 hours before departure once a driver accepts. Inside the final hour, the default 1-hour charge is retained and the balance is refunded.
Safety first — always
All drivers hold a full Australian licence for at least 5 years. Identity & licence verified before activation. You must also verify the driver's licence in-person before handing over your vehicle.
